What do you like about Prevo Network LLC Hosting?

The owner, James Prevo, has always been very helpful and attentive to our needs. The website has always been up, and our website loads very quickly. The price is very fair compared to other web hosting companies.

What do you like about AKLWEB HOST LLC?

After hosting for 10 years with the so call top players in the Hosting game. Reluctantly I came to aklwebhost. I must be honest, it wouldnt have taken much to surpass the poor service I had previously received. After only a few days I realized I had come to the right place. Being in the customer service business my self, it dont take long to recognize a TEAM. Aklwebhost has superior customer service and unsurpassed technical support. After waiting sometime days for a simple email response with the other guys. Receiving a reply and in most cases having my issues resolved in 15 minutes or less has not only been impressive, but surly put my mind is at ease..

What do you dislike about AKLWEB HOST LLC?

They seem to be a true hosting firm, so if you don't know what you're doing, you probably won't get a lot of help.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

We have a relatively simple website and I had no problem getting the site up and running from scratch. It took a lot of youtube videos of setting up Wordpress, installing templates and utilities, but I got there. The hosting site worked as advertised and to my knowledge we've had 100% uptime and user response time has been good.

What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?

My impression is they are a true hosting company and there's probably not a lot of handholding if you don't know what you're doing.

Great hosting. Dashboard is full of features and really easy to manage, and loading speed is nice at all times. So far it has been completely comfortable to make use of this hosting, and I'd recommend it.

What do you like about Rad Web Hosting?

Rad Web Hosting's uptime, support, and performance are the features we enjoy most. Their servers are always online and their support is quick to respond to any issues. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable and reliable VPS.

What do you dislike about Rad Web Hosting?

Not much. They could add more documentation to their website, but Google can be used or Support can quickly answer any questions.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

I like most Support and uptime in accuwebhosting. This is my fifth hosting service and I have been using for two years and there was no porblem at all. I faced some miner issues which was solved by support team. Great support

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

Great value and amazing support! Lets' face it, Wordpress sites get hacked. I generally use quite expensive providers (like WPEngine) to avoid this risk and it's worth every cent. However, for a side project I spun up a site on AccuWeb and I am really grateful for their support. Yes, I let the site go idle and did not run updates. Yep, I got hacked. Yer, I had not backed up the earlier 2 weeks when I had done a lot of work... but they saved me! Restoring a special set of backups they keep.

What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?

Nothing I can note for this particular project. For my plug-ins I need to manually update anyway.

The responsiveness of the support team when sending support emails or contacting the support team by phone. The online support team is quick to identify our issues and get them resolved per our request.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

What I like the best about Accuweb Hosting is the customer service. Customer service usually answers and comes to your aid a lot quicker than most hosting providers I have been with in the past. Not only are they fast, but friendly as well. I never encountered any problems with the control panel or the website itself. The only downfall is that I have to make more time to work on my website and promote Accuweb Host more often.

What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?

I have not found nothing to dislike so far! I have a good feeling about the company itself.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

Price, performance, support, variety of hosting options. Martin with tech support was very responsive and processed my server upgrade very quickly. My experience with their tech support has always been great. I love that I can click a few buttons and have a server up and running for my use within a few hours. Amazing stuff.

What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?

I would say the lower tiers of Windows VPS servers are almost unusable. 2 - 3 GB of RAM isn't quite enough to run smoothly.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?

Quick support response. Their ITs are knowledgeable and friendly. They'll try their best to help and answer all your questions even in the beginning priors to purchasing their hosting plan. Finally, I got my website migrated to AccuWebHosting successfully.

What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?

So far I do not have anything I dislike, although I am still having trouble with configurating outgoing SMTP

When I contact tech support they get back to me fast. They are helpful even though I am not a programer by trade. They don't hold it against me. Accuweb was recommend to me by a high level professional.
