What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
Excellent and fast customer service. Submitted a ticket recently and had my site transferred within hours. Most of that time was delays between when they responded and when I replied back. A plus service on both of my accounts.

Mobile site is kinda clunky to use. Although I don't use it often.

What do you like about UGNServers LLC Hosting?
Support is very very fast and the staff know what they are talking about and know how to efficiently fix an issue which is outstanding given the short time they take for that. Overall, they are great at what they do.
What do you dislike about UGNServers LLC Hosting?
There is nothing that can be majorly disliked, apart from the panel which is sometimes subject to confusion, but when you learn how to use it, the panel is actually very efficient and fast.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
Customer Service. They are very quick in giving reply. They give very prompt reply and the solution which they provide are very accurate. Till date, I have not encountered any case where my problem was not solved.
What do you dislike about AccuWeb Hosting?
Mail hosting. It is very slow. I receive emails very late, and sometimes they are delivered to Junk Folder even if it is from known user.

What do you like about Hostwinds?
Hostwinds team promised me a 99.9% of uptime and they delivered it, but i faced some issues regarding the support tickets that i raised with them and got resolved it post repeated calling made to them. Nevertheless, they are just amazing. Easy to get in touch with someone via Live Chat if I have a question. Good value.

What do you like about GlowHost?
I have always been happy with glowhost elastic site hosting - quality of service, the options the server offers, as well as the varieties of data plans. I've found their support to be good. They respond quickly, know how to fix problems, spend an appropriate amount of time investigating and responding to issues. Glowhost is greatly recommended.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
Have been using them since close to when they started up. Always great customer service. I do my own website work as part of my consultancy - so that means I am far from an expert. They are very patient with answers to problems I've caused myself. Also they give help and advice that goes past my questions to suggest things I should do or consider. I have used them for multiple other sites at clients and company's that I run. I have no hesitation saying good things here - and I promise whoever is reading this -I do not do that often for other business services. What do you like about GigaPros Hosting?
The Speed of blog is very good. Gigapros pricing and support are very good. All in all, I am more than happy, I am amazed with their services. What do you like about GlowHost?
I've been with them for more than 2 months and so far I'm very happy. I know from personal experience that their chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focused on improving the content.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I have a hosting reseller package with AccuWeb and have about 30 customers with them. I can only speak highly about the company regarding their great service and extremely competent technical abilities. Their technical staff has helped me on numerous occasions and their response time has always been very prompt. This is not to mention that I've never had a service outage over the twelve years they've been hosting sites for my customers. Just this week alone I had two major problems where they took the time to remedy them, making sure myself and my customers were satisfied. The first problem involved an outside company rebuilding a Website I built for one of my customers many years ago. This 3rd party company used WordPress to create the new site. I gave the 3rd party FTP access to upload the files but after they did so the site wouldn't load. I contacted Support and left it in their hands. After about 30 emails between the third party, & myself, with the help of AccuWeb's technical knowledge they were finally able to get the site up & running. I'm sure most other hosting companies wouldn't have even taken the time to lend their assistance. The second problem arose when I accidentally deleted some files from another customer's server. After I made AccuWeb aware of the issue they were able to restore the files within an hour, using the latest backup of the site that they had access to. This saved me a lot of work and embarrassment. I would have hated to call my customer and tell him I screwed up and lost his files. These are just 2 examples of the excellent service and dedication AccuWeb has shown to me over the years. What do you like about GlowHost?
All I can say about Glowhost service is that it is reliable US host. I've had questions that were answered and fixed as soon as possible, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck... and they seem to be available almost all the time.
