I purchase a VPS and domain name from AccuWebHosting. I got great technical support from them and without any waiting time. No waiting time in chat and even my emails are replied in less than 2 hrs.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I made the decision about a year ago now to break away from the multiple shared hosting contracts I was maintaining to host all my clients. We simply "outgrew" shared hosting... not to mention that most shared hosting plans that WERE such great deals years ago have been systematically locked down removing flexibility and more advanced function. Not so with Cloud VPS (w/ CPanel and Fully managed). I have 100% access control over what happens, but AccuWeb Hosting Techs are there... RIGHT there when I need them. And they KNOW what they're doing... And they're patient... And they're NICE! I like it so much that for my 1-year Accuweb Hosting Anniversary, I am upgrading my Linux Super Cloud to Star Cloud... I don't need it right this second, but my clients are so happy with the stellar service that they are telling folks and I am picking up clients, left, right and center. I cannot tell you how happy I am... I'm paying about 1/3 more than I did before, but I'm getting about 5 times my money's worth relative to the service I was receiving before. Thank you AccuWeb Management! And now, go down RIGHT now and thank, hug, and buy Pizza for your tech team! :)

Had a issue with a wordpress plugin that seemed to need a particular server configuration. They searched quickly for a solution and then they tested themselves the plugin, awesome!

What do you like about T35 Hosting?
I've used dozens of web hosts over the years - most of them are all owned by the same company now (EIG?) and service has dropped on all of them. T35 has always been great (I've been a customer for years) and recently moved all of my hosting accounts to these guys. I don't always leave reviews but these guys deserve it.

I just moved my site from a shared server from another provider to AccuWebHosting. The transition took one day only (DNS, WebSite, Web Applications, FTP, mail, etc.). Now my services are on my own server. The support during the move has been great (Chat and Ticket System). All responses were quick and I would like to mention the extra step they take, not only to address an issue, but also to mention what was done. Great job.
