Accuweb hosting chat support is good and very responsive we had a problem in uploading a file in root folder but very soon one Mr.Martin had cleared the issue and we could also able to load it many thanks to staff Mr.Martin

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I've used Accuweb hosting for over 5 years now and their service can only be described as amazing. Their prices are very competitive, but most importantly their customer support is brilliant. There's almost always someone online (day and night) to answer technical questions, and failing that all support tickets are answered very promptly. I can't recommend them enough!

I've used Accuweb hosting for over 5 years now and their service can only be described as amazing. Their prices are very competitive, but most importantly their customer support is brilliant. There's almost always someone online (day and night) to answer technical questions, and failing that all support tickets are answered very promptly. I can't recommend them enough!

We've used AccuWeb's "Standard Cloud" service for a few months, and have been totally impressed with their level of service. The system has been very stable, and their support is impeccable. They have pleasantly worked with us to install some special software, and have been super-quick to respond to any little questions.

chatting is the best way to get info across , specially if you are abroad, overseas, it took me to write a ticket , but they got it done within the hour, and i think that is really GOOD SERVICE
