I have had a home account and a work account with Accuweb for many years and they excel with their customer service. I love their online chat and they let you open a "ticket" if they cannot answer right away. I am very happy with their services!

Ok so some of you might be looking at my ratings and be confused so let me explain. When i first purchased the VPS it worked fine. No problems with it at all ran very nice for what i paid for the price wasn't unreasonable, and customer support was some of the best i've ever seen. The only real problem i had wth Accumwebhosting is the fact that my VPS was targeted by alot of competitive people, and got DOS/DDOS attacked. Honest truth just out of competitive edge. It happend at least twice a week. Since i make money using the VPS i need it up as much as possible, and frankly every time i got an attack it would take a whole 24 hours to reset my VPS. To top it off there was nothing they could do about the DOS/DDOS attacks. So basically the minimum of 48 hours a week my VPS was offline.

We were using simple passwords for our SmarterMail. It got hacked. AccuWeb notified us. We asked them to solve it, and 30 minutes later, they did, and explained what we needed to know to prevent this on our other websites, going forward. I would recommend these people, as I can count on fast responses - great communications from them.

Good at first, RUDE Customer Service, Long Wait Time Accuwebhosting lost their Google credit card processing and is now using a different checkout system. I paid my invoice and its was rejected. I then paid my invoice again with same info and it was accepted. Even though I am an established customer, Accuwebhostign kept turning off my service all day and it has caused me a loss of income. Even after payment was finally recognized, they still havent restored service and have basically caused me a big loss in income for today. Plus their attitude in the email was very dismissive. Avoid. Quite disappointed.
