Explained what it was, I was told they could update it for me and all I had to do was raise a support ticket, and he even told me all the steps to do that. Made it very easy. Thanks!

I was a Go*****y customer for a few years when i found that their prices were getting a bit too much for a business in asia and paying USD prices. So i went looking on the web. I found Windows VPS so expensive, i almost did not proceed with my project and decide to host locally in my country... before i stumbled upon accuwebhosting - i was sooo skeptical of the pricing so i decided to put my dev server online first using their lowest-price product. If they dont take care of me since i avail of their lowest price product, how will they take care of me in the future? 1 year on, they have proven me wrong in all counts! i am truly a happy customer. I will recommend them and have recommended them to my clients. Keep up the good work, there is a huge market in asia, i would be more than willing to help them market and promote their site. Karlo M.
