I'm a new customer with AccuWebHosting.Com. I just signed up and encountered some problems in changing my nameservers and FTP. I sought help through the online chat. Normally stable, my site was completely un-responsive one morning. After opening a support ticket with them, they had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and resposnive team.

Solutions to problems within minutes through their ticket system, even on Saturdays! Their windows hosting is quite a bit faster than our previous provider.
